By accessing or using BRN WMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
BRN WMS is a warehouse management platform. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Two-factor authentication (OTP) is required on every session.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the system. We do not access your operational data except as required to provide or support the service.
You may not use BRN WMS to store illegal content, attempt to breach system security, or interfere with other tenants. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
BRN WMS is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
